Dodgers Vs Sox on ESPN Finally A Game I Can Watch

First, here's a link to the game cast via espn.

It's cool that Lowe is the starter against his former team.  As I'm writing Elllsbury just smacks a double in the gap that bounced off the wall in the bottom of the second and Pedroia is up at the plate.  Red Sox has Wakefield up there throwing knucklers and seems to me the dodgers are being too aggressive (La Roche was patient but still made an out).  Anyways here is the lineup...as Pedroia drives in the two runners.  Kemp made a great catch earlier in the inning but Lowe is just getting whacked out there.  Don't know what's wrong with him.  42 pitches to get through two innings.

Pierre LF
Furcal SS
Kemp RF
LaRoche 3B
Lindsey DH
Paul CF
Tiffee 1B
R. Martinez 2B

Lowe pitching none too well

Ellsbury CF and burning the dodgers
Pedroia 2B
Ortiz DH
Manny LF
Lowell 3B
Casey 1B
Lowrie SS
Moss RF
Mirabelli

Wakefield doin' ok on the mound.

Dodgers look like they've given up already. Oh well. Maybe the roleplayers trying to make the team make something happen.
Dodgers are notably missing Andruw Jones for this game, instead playing AA prospect Xavier Paul who needs to develop his offensive game some more to sniff the majors in the next year or so. Also notably missing is Jeff Kent who will be out for a week with a pulled hammy.

Missing from the Red Sox is Varitek who isn't playing because Wakefield is pitching. No J.D. Drew or Julio Lugo...woohoo!

Petunia makes an error trying to rush a dp and now the dodgers have 2 runners in scoring position with Furcal up at the plate.
O.K. that's enough play by play rambling for me. Hopefully the bums in blue get something going by taking advantage of the opportunity the Sox gave them with that error...But Noooo!  Both guys stranded.  Double bogey on that hole.
