Bison Gets A Bit Wild

The Bison got into a fight. He's probably going to get suspended. Maybe it fires up the team and take it as frustrated with losing games they should win. That's the only silver lining I can see in this. I guess it could also give Young the regular at bats he needs in a few days span to show he's better than Pierre. One thing I do know is that Young shouldn't be playing right field because he does look lost on his routes. His arm is better than Pierre's I would guess, but the man is not comfortable in the outfield and I think right field is a bit more than he can chew. He looked bad in Vegas playing left field two years ago, and he looked bad in right today.

In other news Gary Bennett says he finally can throw the ball back to the pitcher without the pitcher having to take a few steps forward so the ball doesn't bounce. I think the team can just do without the guy and waive him. Oh how I wish we'd kept Bellorin instead of giving him away for free. I'm not in love with Ardoin, but he can throw the ball back to the pitcher and walk when he's at the plate.

In injury news it still looks like Schmidt and Nomar have no eta on returning. Not such a bad thing. Andruw Jones will be on the DL for a while still. But Furcal seems close to returning and has rethought his resistant to a minor league assignment.

Hopefully they call up that LaRoche guy sooner than later.

I can't wait to see Kershaw pitch again.
