New Look, Same Old B.S.

I got tired of the LOTR themed template I had that looked cool in appearance but just didn't match what I was blogging about. There was no way I'd have been able to pull out enough LOTR references in relation to the day in day out coverage of the dodgers to keep it relevant. I tried out tons of stuff that I didn't like and this plain blogger one is the one I like the most.

While I was on photoshop making a header the dodgers pulled out a win over the rockies. The rockies wore down Penny by running a high pitch count on him early. It seemed like a start Penny would have made last year or some of the starts Chad Billingsley has made the last two years. Hopefully the dodgers adjust to the rockies strategy and throw more junk at them to aggressively try to foul off with two strikes on them or something. Vin kept reiterating that for right now the scramble is to get the lead in the wild card before even mentally thinking about the diamondbacks who have a 6.5 game lead over the blue today.

While I was redoing my Links I had the pleasure of reading the funniest dodger blog post I've read over at Dodgers Gal declaring the season over. I loved it and laughed. That lady is a photoshop freakasaurus.
